The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC) is thrilled to announce a $25,000 grant from Honda to launch its inaugural Manufacturing Expo+, a hybrid series of events throughout the 2024-2025 academic year that combines virtual and in-person experiences, empowering students and strengthening Ohio's talent pipeline in the manufacturing sector. CIFT NOCK - PM
At the Center for Innovative Food Technology (CIFT) Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK) in Bowling Green, OH, students will tour the cooperative food kitchen to explore cutting-edge food technologies, participate in a focus group activity to test new products and provide valuable feedback, and enjoy lunch and networking opportunities.

At Worthington Enterprises in Columbus, OH, students will tour the market-leading facility, connect with manufacturing leaders to explore internship opportunities, and enjoy lunch on-site, immersing themselves in the manufacturing environment.

MAGNET Day 1
At MAGNET in Cleveland, students will dive into hands-on design challenges like building and racing battery-powered toy cars, explore manufacturing processes and career paths with industry leaders, and network over lunch provided by Honda.
