Truckload Carriers Association Scholarship Fund
Since 1973, the TCA Scholarship Fund has been helping students with connections to the truckload industry. The Fund awards up to $6,250 per year, per full-time undergraduate college student and up to $2,000 for students attending 2-year colleges. Much of our program’s support comes from within the truckload family—companies and individuals who are committed to our community’s future.

Selection criteria:
Scholarship Management Resources (SMR) is administering this program for TCA Scholarship Fund. Scholarship recipients will be chosen by SMR selection committee with consideration for applicant’s academic attainment/potential, financial need, major area of study, application content and effort, extra-curricular activities, and letter of recommendation.
TCA Scholarship Fund has partnered with SMR, an independent scholarship services provider, to establish and administer this scholarship program, including selecting the recipients. This ensures the selection process is fair and objective based on the criteria above.
Applicants will receive decisions at the end of June. Scholarships will be distributed to recipients’ campuses in July, as long as course schedules have been submitted.
