Focused on sharing strategies and resources, the day includes presentations, roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities to enhance career services and student support.

Training Staff to Better Support Neurodivergent Students

Neurodiversity is becoming increasingly important in today's career services landscape, and neurodivergent students face unique challenges in seeking employment opportunities. In this session, we will share how Career Exploration and Development at Oberlin College has implemented a multi-year initiative to improve our staff's ability to support neurodivergent students.  We will provide information about free resources and strategies for building partnerships with staff in other departments, faculty, and employers.
