Avaap Women in Leadership Scholarship Program
Scholarship Description: Avaap’s Women in Leadership (WIL) Scholarships are intended to honor the commitment and progress of women pursuing degrees in areas of study traditionally dominated by men.
About Avaap’s Women in Leadership (WIL) Employee Resource Group: Women in Leadership (WIL) was established in 2012 to advance the professional and personal development of women at Avaap by investing in women’s leadership development, raising awareness of our women leaders, improving leadership metrics of our women employees, and being a voice for Avaap women. Based on their individual interest and availability, members can engage in quarterly meetings, book club, coffee talks, Core Team leadership, Sub-Group Membership, WELD participation, and connecting online via our internal collaboration tools.

One $500 award will be given to a female student who:
Will attend full-time at an OFIC member campus next academic year
Is majoring in Business (Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, Marketing or related field)
Is pursuing a bachelor’s degree
Maintains a 2.5 cumulative GPA
Demonstrates financial need
One $500 award will be given to a female student who:
Will attend full-time at an OFIC member campus next academic year
Is majoring in Technology (Data & Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related field)
Is pursuing a bachelor’s degree
Maintains a 2.5 cumulative GPA
Demonstrates financial need
One $3,300 award will be given to a female student who:
Will attend full-time at any accredited, non-profit institution next academic year
Is majoring in Technology (Data & Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related field)
Is pursuing a bachelor’s degree
Maintains a 2.5 cumulative GPA
Responds to question “What inspired you to go into this field as a woman?” within application
